Als Digital Analyst und Consultant begleitest du Projekte, bei denen Nutzerverhalten nicht nur gemessen, sondern wirklich verstanden wird – und daraus Verbesserungen für Kampagnen, Plattformen oder ganze Geschäftsmodelle entstehen.

Du arbeitest mit Tools wie Google Analytics, GTM, Tealium, Looker Studio, Adobe oder oder bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit BigQuery, APIs oder automatisierten Datenpipelines mit. Du denkst Tracking nicht nur technisch, sondern als Teil smarter, wirkungsvoller Lösungen. Du baust aussagekräftige Dashboards, analysiert Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Empfehlungen ab. Und du hilfst unseren Kund:innen datengestützt, bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Was du bei uns konkret machst – abhängig von deinem Profil:

In essence, it's about these exciting tasks:

  • Creating and configuring tracking concepts: you will work with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM and Tealium to develop accurate and effective tracking solutions.

  • Designing cross-channel marketing campaign tracking: You will develop strategies to track and analyse marketing campaigns across different channels to ensure consistent and integrated customer interactions.

  • Developing dashboards and reports: You will create user-friendly, meaningful and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio or Tableau.

  • Data analysis and interpretation: You use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare to process and analyse data and derive recommendations for the optimisation of digital platforms and marketing activities.

  • Customer consulting and support: You advise customers on analytics topics such as data protection, best practices, technical feasibility, data management and tool selection and support them with other relevant questions.

  • Development of customised solutions: You configure, maintain and test individual analytics setups and develop specialised solutions in JavaScript or Python scripts for a wide range of requirements.

  • Project management: You will take on the management of internal and customer projects, drive them forward independently and proactively and work closely with customers, external partners and the zweipunkt team.

  • Contributing to the company's development: Your commitment and ideas help to shape and develop our company.

The roles, tasks and responsibilities at zweipunkt are varied. The demands on our employees' competences are correspondingly diverse. You should have the following for this role:

  • You have demonstrable skills in digital analytics and already have experience and knowledge of the above fields of action, tools and technologies.

  • You have a passion for working with data and love to advise and support clients on data-related topics.

  • You have a basic understanding of digital marketing topics as well as the networked activities on various marketing channels (e.g. social media, SEA/advertising, e-mail, SEO) and their influence on the success of a company.

  • You can think in a networked way, find solutions where others only see problems and keep a cool head even in turbulent situations.

  • You have strong self-management, social, communication and organisational skills, an interest in entrepreneurial topics and are motivated to actively shape and drive your professional and personal development.

  • You have a solid command of German (C1/C2) and English (at least B2/C1), both written and spoken.
