What you can achieve with us

As a Data Engineer, you will develop and maintain scalable data infrastructures – with a clear goal: reliable, structured and actionable data flows.

Specifically, you will be working in the following areas:

Data Ingestion & Integration

  • You will develop robust ELT/ETL processes using Python, Cloud Functions, Dataform and Adverity.

  • You will orchestrate data pipelines to connect and harmonise a wide variety of data sources – e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, Ads, Social, CRM, ERP or offline systems.

  • You will structure data flows so that they are reliable, scalable and maintainable in the long term.

Data Transformation & Modelling

  • You model and manage data in Google BigQuery – in a scalable, high-performance and cost-optimised manner.

  • You design, implement and validate data-driven logic, KPIs and aggregations that accurately map operational and strategic business processes – e.g. sessions, funnels or attribution models.

  • You think in terms of structures that grow with the business – maintainable, efficient and practical. In doing so, you think not only technically, but always from a solution-oriented customer perspective.

Data Serving & Activation

  • You provide data specifically for analysis, reporting or activation – e.g. via structured views, snapshot tables or exports to target systems.

  • You work closely with analysts, BI developers and data scientists to make insights usable and actionable.

  • Optional: You assist with the visualisation of insights in Tableau or Power BI – tailored to the target audience and action-oriented.

  • Optional: You support projects aimed at activating marketing data, e.g. for retargeting, CRM personalisation or audiences on media platforms.

Consulting & Enablement

  • You will work closely with clients and projectmanagers, analyse requirements and develop data-driven solutions based on these.

  • You will support analysts in the effective use of data, tools and technologies.

  • You document your architecture, pipelines and KPIs clearly and maintainably.

Co-creation, Project Responsibility & Community

  • You will take responsibility for (sub-)projects, working closely with projectmanagers and other stakeholders, and actively contribute to the project’s progress and success.

  • You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our processes, tools and standards – technically, methodologically and culturally.

  • You keep abreast of current developments in data architecture, modelling and activation, and engage with specialist communities – e.g. through meetups, conferences or internal knowledge-sharing formats.
