How we proceed

Do you also fix the errors you find? Certainly. The audit is the first step (diagnosis). We can then take care of the rectification ourselves, or we can create detailed tickets for your developers.

Is the audit a legal consultation? No. We check the technical implementation of your data protection requirements (e.g. technical validation of the nDSG/GDPR). The legal assessment is the responsibility of your legal department.

How often should an audit be carried out? We recommend a ‘health check’ once a year or before major changes (such as a relaunch).
