Our services at a glance

So that you can be sure that what matters is being measured:

  • Measurement Strategy: Creation of tagging concepts and measurement plans tailored to your KPIs.

  • Setup & Migration: Clean implementation of GTM, GA4, Adobe Analytics and Tealium.

  • Server-side tracking: Setup of server-side GTM, Tealium EventStream and conversion APIs (CAPI) for more robust data quality.

  • Consent Management: Integration of CMPs such as Usercentrics and performance of consent tests (opt-in/opt-out).

  • E-commerce tracking: Precise recording of transactions and enhanced conversions.

  • Conversion tracking: Precise recording of other important conversions.

  • Quality assurance: Technical debugging and validation of existing setups.

When is external support worthwhile?

We are often called upon when internal complexity exceeds resources or confidence in the data dwindles:

  • Doubts about data quality: The figures in the analytics tool differ significantly from the marketing, CRM or raw data.

  • Relaunch or migration: A new website is in the pipeline, and the historically grown configuration needs to be cleanly rebuilt.

  • Compliance uncertainty: The introduction of a CMP (Consent Management Platform) has led to data gaps or the consent logic has been implemented incorrectly.

  • Missing events: You need GA4 support because important interactions (forms, e-commerce) are not being measured or are being measured incorrectly.

The foundation for business intelligence & AI

A clean database must be the goal of every company. The equation is simple: incorrect tracking means an inaccurate database – and therefore neither correct decisions nor sustainable automation.

Even machine learning and AI can only be fully effective if a) data is available and b) it is accurate. We ensure that your data is ready:

The foundation (data layer & tag management)
Robust tracking begins in the code. We define clear data layer specifications as an interface between the website and marketing tools. Whether it's a complex GTM container, Tealium or Adobe Launch, we structure the implementation so that it remains maintainable and scalable.

Server-side tracking
Where appropriate, we extend the architecture with server-side tagging. This helps to reduce signal loss due to ad blockers, gives you better control over data leakage to third parties and can relieve the client-side performance of the website.

Enablement (knowledge transfer)
Technology is only as good as the people who operate it. We don't leave you with a "black box"; instead, we train your team so that you understand how it works and can use it confidently in your everyday work.

How does a project work?

We follow a structured process for maximum transparency:

  • Discovery: Recording of objectives, KPIs and examination of the current technical status.

  • Concept (measurement plan): Definition of events, parameters and triggers.

  • Implementation: Setup in Tag Manager and briefing of the data layer to IT.

  • Quality assurance (QA): Technical debugging and validation of data.

  • Handover & Support: Documentation, handover and ongoing monitoring upon request.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What do the costs depend on? On the scope of the events and the complexity of the website (domains, shop systems). A new implementation is more complex than expanding an existing container. We clarify the costs transparently before we start.

Do we need developer resources? Yes, almost always. Precise tracking requires a clean data layer in the code. We provide the tickets and specifications, and implementation is usually carried out by your IT or web agency.

How do you technically implement tracking under nDSG/GDPR? We implement the consent logic so that tags only fire after consent has been given. We consult on technical feasibility, but the legal assessment remains with your data protection officer.

Do you also offer a tracking health check? Absolutely. Often, a neutral expert opinion is the best way to identify weaknesses and find quick wins. Find out more under Analytics Audits & Data Governance.
