A university degree (e.g. a Master’s) or relevant experience in online marketing, data analysis or related fields. We are always open to exceptions if you can convince us that you have the ability to learn everything required.

You have a basic understanding of and interest in technical tools and software. Experience with specific analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or Tealium is a plus.

You are passionate about working with data and want to learn how to be a consultant and support others on data-related topics.

You are passionate about digital topics (e.g. UX, CRO, social media, SEA/advertising, SEO) to understand the application of digital analytics in various contexts.

You are interested in project management and client communication – because as an analytics agency, we are not only data experts but also consultants.

You have analytical thinking skills, i.e. the ability to identify problems, break them down into individual components and find solutions independently.

You are highly motivated and willing to learn continuously and familiarise yourself with the latest technologies, tools and best practices in data analysis.

You have strong self-management, communication and organisational skills and an interest in business-related topics.

You work independently, show initiative, are a team player and have a very high standard of quality awareness.

You are a friendly, committed and open-minded person with a good command of German (B2).
