We are looking for you, a bright mind with enthusiasm for data and a penchant for challenges!

Traineeships with two different areas of focus

Our traineeships differ in terms of their focus: one focuses more on digital users, web and app data, and marketing strategies. The other is more geared towards data architecture, reporting, and automation.

However, both traineeships lead to the same goal: you will learn how to use data to make informed decisions and achieve concrete results – and how data-based work functions in practice. Both will prepare you for your role as a Junior Analyst & Consultant at zweipunkt within six months.

Despite their different focuses, many methods, tools and projects overlap. You will gain insights into both areas and develop a holistic understanding of data processes. Our goal: to train you so that you don't just work with us – you think with us, help shape our work and grow with us.

Our six-month traineeship prepares you for your start as a Junior Analyst & Consultant at zweipunkt. You will acquire the necessary analytics skills such as measuring, modelling, visualising and analysing data in practical use cases that build on each other. You will also learn how to use market-leading analytics technologies such as Google Analytics, Tableau and Tealium. You will practise customer contact and project management and use your talents to actively shape the future of our agency.

Please note that we offer two traineeships with a different focus.

Digital Analytics Internship

Almost every website has a goal – whether it's selling clothes, selling insurance or encouraging users to get in touch. But how well does that really work? And how do people behave on the site?

In the Digital Analytics Traineeship, you will learn how to make exactly that visible. You will develop tracking concepts, configure tools such as Google Analytics or Tealium, and analyse the collected data to identify potential for optimisation, for example in terms of user experience, campaign management or product development. In short, you will learn how to measure digital behaviour and derive real recommendations for action from it.

Business Intelligence Traineeship

This traineeship is all about how to structure, analyse and visualise different types of data (online and offline) in a way that's easy to understand. You'll learn how to develop complex data models, create automated dashboards and connect systems – for example, via APIs or ETL processes.

Whether Google Cloud, Tableau or Python – you will use tools not only to build reports, but also to create a real basis for decision-making. You will understand how to prepare data and how to use the right visualisations to provide clarity where others only see numbers.
